Copper Bear Plumbing was founded by Damon Leach with a simple idea: Southern Utah deserves a plumber who does the job right and stands behind their work.
Damon grew up in this region and has spent years mastering the craft — working through apprenticeships, journeyman work, and ultimately earning his Master Plumber license from the State of Utah. He's seen every kind of plumbing problem, on jobs from new construction to century-old homes, and knows how to approach each one with skill and care.
When you call Copper Bear, you're calling Damon. There's no dispatcher, no subcontractor chain, no bait-and-switch estimates. Just a straight conversation with the guy who's going to show up and do the work. That kind of accountability matters — and it's something you won't always get from larger companies.
The name "Copper Bear" is a reflection of who we are: copper for the craft and quality of the materials we use, bear for the strength and reliability we bring to every job. And the "Family Service" in our tagline isn't just words — it's the way we approach every customer, every home, every call.
